SU3180 Boundary Surveying Principles

Legal principles used to establish land boundaries
and to resolve conflicts between boundary descriptions as well as conflicts between
evidence. Covers legal doctrines for transferring title by unwritten means; the role of
the surveyor in issuing opinions as to boundary location and in resolving boundary
disputes
